HOUSTON– Enterprise Products Partners was among the most honored companies as recognized by Institutional Investor magazine’s 2017 All-America Executive Team rankings, and was one of only four companies to earn a sweep of their respective sectors. The results of this year’s survey reflect the opinions of nearly 3,200 buy-side and sell-side analysts at 900 firms. A total of 2,214 U.S. companies received votes.
In the Natural Gas Pipeline and Master Limited Partnership sector, Enterprise was the top-ranked Investor Relations Company by both the sell-side and buy-side communities. Individual honors went to A.J. “Jim” Teague, Enterprise’s Chief Executive Officer of Enterprise’s general partner, who was selected top-ranked CEO in the sector by both the buy-side and sell-side firms; Bryan F. Bulawa, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Enterprise’s general partner, was voted the sector’s top-ranked CFO overall and the best CFO by sell-side analysts; and John R. “Randy” Burkhalter, Vice President, Investor Relations of Enterprise’s general partner, was voted the top-ranked Investor Relations Professional by both the buy-side and sell-side firms.
“We would like to thank the financial community for recognizing the work of our partnership, which represents the efforts of our 7,000 employees,” said Randa Duncan Williams, Chairman of the Board of Enterprise’s general partner. “This recognition is especially gratifying since it covered a very challenging period for the U.S. energy industry.”
The 2017 Executive All-America Team will be published in the January 2017 issue of Institutional Investor and also on their website at www.institutionalinvestor.com. In determining the results of the annual All-America Executive Team, buy-side analysts, portfolio managers and sell-side analysts at securities firms and financial firms across the country were asked to name the best CEOs, CFOs, IR professionals and companies with the best investor relations programs in their sector. All votes were weighted by place and aggregated to produce distinct rankings for each category.
