Petroleum Development Oman social development project, Banat Oman, has signed a commercial agreement with Muscat Duty Free to produce and supply high quality handicraft merchandise.
Set up to offer vocational training to low-income women, they will supply mini “his and her” dishdasha design pouches containing superior quality frankincense.
As a result 20 women are empowered to support their families through a significant increase in household income. The goods will be on the shelves in the second half of this year.
