The Valero Energy Foundation is the proud sponsor of the 2015 ChildSafe Cardboard Kids Campaign, which is raising awareness of child abuse in the San Antonio area. Each 2-foot-high cutout represents one of thousands of children in Bexar County who suffered from abuse or neglect in 2014.
More than 500 Valero Volunteers decorated cardboard kids this year, and began distributing them throughout San Antonio last Thursday.
