The training programs that we have implemented since the start of our operations in-country allowed us to have today a strong a skilled local team and that encourages us to continue our work to train and develop all our employees.
“Over the years, due to industry and local demands, TechnipFMC has been able to adapt to a continuously evolving environment. It is important to have a solid organization and business model that allow us to continue our activities and to maintain a service of quality and excellence to our clients.”
