On February 23rd-24th, the LNG Summit USA opened its doors to top leaders of the industry in Houston (Texas). Hosted by Wisdom Events, it was the biggest LNG event in the US to date. For two days, Derek Hotel became the hotspot for the industry experts and the place to be for any business, aspired to grow or establish itself in the market.
The event welcomed 215 attendees, who travelled from both sides of the ocean to discuss the existing industry problems, its promising future, and to connect with skilled experts from the biggest companies.
The key speakers delivered eloquent speeches on topics ranging from Global LNG Market Trends, Technology & Innovations in LNG Infrastructure and LNG Practice in the Maritime Industry to Large & Mid-Scale LNG Developments.
The first day of the Summit culminated with the grand Gala Dinner and Awards Ceremony to honour top professionals for their outstanding achievements and forward-thinking performance. This is a true sign of appreciation from both industry gurus and market analysts. This year’s LNG Summit USA Awards gave away five trophies in five different nominations: EPC projects, services, working in the global arena, developing new technologies, innovations and supplying LNG.
